A. Information you provide directly:

  • Photos you upload through FLU1D Direct, including images of your water meter, utility areas, under-sink spaces, laundry areas, and other relevant property locations.
  • Interaction information (e.g., communications you send us via email or contact forms).

B. Automatically-collected information:

  • Device, browser and usage information (IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time and date of access).
  • Cookies, web beacons, analytics data and other tracking technologies used on our website (see our Cookie/Tracking Notice for more details).
  • Location information if you grant permission (e.g., approximate geolocation for service planning).

C. Information from third-party service providers:

  • Social media lead platform data if you submit via Instagram or Facebook lead ads.
  • Publicly available information (e.g., property records) and other data sources used for lead qualification.
  • Service providers (vendors, contractors) who assist us in delivering services may share aggregated or de-identified information.
  • Data stored in our cloud database (Supabase) and cloud storage systems when you submit information through FLU1D Direct or other online forms.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and requests, schedule visits or services, communicate with you by email, phone, text, or in-person.
  • To process and evaluate FLU1D Direct quote requests, including reviewing questionnaire responses and photos to determine appropriate water filtration system recommendations and generate custom quotes.
  • To deliver and improve our home-service offerings, including evaluating leads, performing property assessments, and service follow-up.
  • To personalise your experience, tailor our communications, provide promotions or offers, and maintain customer relationships.
  • To conduct marketing and remarketing activities (including door-knock outreach, in-person visits, and other follow-up) when you've provided a lead form or otherwise indicated interest.
  • To store and manage your quote request data, photos, and communications in our secure database and cloud storage systems for quote generation, follow-up, and service delivery.
  • To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, protect our rights, and defend against fraud or misuse.
  • To retain historical lead data, analyse trends, perform aggregate reporting, and make internal business decisions (including outreach strategies).

3. FLU1D Direct Quote Request System

When you submit a quote request through our FLU1D Direct system, we collect and store the information you provide, including your contact details, property address, questionnaire responses about your water quality needs, and photos of your property. This information is stored securely in our cloud database and storage systems to enable our representatives to review your submission, assess your needs, and generate custom quotes for water filtration systems.

Your photos and questionnaire data are accessible to our authorized representatives who use this information to determine appropriate system recommendations and pricing. We retain this information to facilitate quote generation, follow-up communications, and service delivery. If you have questions about your FLU1D Direct submission or wish to request deletion of your data, please contact us using the information provided in the "Contact Us" section below.

4. In-Person & Door-Knock Outreach

By opting in to receive communications from us (for example, by submitting a lead form on our website, Instagram, Facebook, FLU1D Direct quote request, or other channels), you consent to outreach by phone, email, text, and in-person visits by our representatives (door-to-door or on-site) as part of our standard communications. These contacts help us discuss services, assess property eligibility, and follow up on your interest.

You can update your preferences at any time if you do not wish to receive in-person visits, and we will honour your choice. Our representatives will identify themselves, the company name, and the purpose of the visit at the start of any interaction.

5. Sharing of Information

  • We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration to third parties.
  • We may share your personal information with our trusted service providers, contractors, and partners who assist us with business operations (lead qualification, marketing, analytics, service delivery, cloud storage and database management). This includes retaining FLU1D Direct quote request submissions, questionnaire data, and photos for quote generation, follow-up communications, and service delivery purposes. If we no longer need your information for these purposes, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

We may also keep records for certain longer-terms if required by law or for legitimate business interests (for example, maintaining audit logs, compliance documentation, or lead history).

This includes secure cloud storage and database systems with appropriate access controls for FLU1D Direct submissions and other sensitive data. Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
